Lil Lolita Boutique Challenge #20

Its Challenge time over a Lil Lolita Boutique again!! and this week we have a really cool sketch for you to follow or flip or switch or whatever you like to do with it!! hahah  So for my card this week, I have pretty much stuck right to the sketch!!!  Hope you Like it!!
