Lil Lolita Boutique Challenge #1 WOOHOO

OMGOSH this is just so exciting!!!  Today is the day that our fabulous brand new challenge starts at Lil Lolita Boutique, so if you have a Willow, Lilith, Evie, Lylah or Ivy Stamp, then what are you waiting for - come and join in all the fun:-) And get ready because this is a Mammoth of a blog post!!!

We are having so much fun getting to know each other at Lil Lolita Boutique, we thought that it would be fantastic to have a Blog Hop to celebrate..... YAY..... how exciting is that???  So if you have just landed on my blog, you need to go to the start which is at the very talented Amy's blog, but if you have come from fabulous Jackie's blog then your on the right track!!!

There is 5 of these Lil Lolita ladies in store at the moment at Tickled Pink Stamps (with more floating their way across the ocean, to Kellie's house) so check them out if you haven't done already!!

Its a ripper of a challenge this week, actually its a rather easy one.....

ANYTHING GOES.....

so cool!!  All you have to do is make sure you have a Lil Lolita Stamp on your creation and your in!! Just link your blog post!!  Can't wait to see what you all have made, and you can be sure that I'll be checking it out!!

Ooooooooooooo I can't wait:-)

Well now on to my card...  I have tried to do something a little different.  Well it's different for me!!  I've used a piece of Acetate as the base of my card, then I drew some squiggly lines with a Zig Photo Writer pen - because that's all I had to make permanent thin black lines:-)  I then soon discovered that I could use a Copic pen to colour in between those squiggles!!  How fab.... I was excited.  But Alas..... my Copic sort of smudged or erased my black line..... arrrgh so much for being permanent.  Then I went over it, but it didn't look as good as it did first time around..... Oh well.....  I guess I better go on the hunt for a permanent black fine line pen that doesn't dissolve with a Copic!!!  I'm also going to enter my card into the Oh Alice Challenge this week which is what's your muchness..... well mine has got to be fab stamps, butterflies and trims!!  Love it:-)

And this is the back, so you can see that I stuck a piece of Vanilla cardstock there for the message, but also it covers up the tape and what not from the front..... 'cause it's see through!!  And because it's a see though type of card I thought I would pop on one of my fantastic personalised stamps, I even coloured the flowers with the Copic..... very fancy pants if I do say so myself:-)

And here's a little close up of my Willow!! Don't your just love her?? Don't you just want her in your house???

Now to very important blog hop information!! To continue on with your hoppy hop... you need to hop on over to Kellie and see what a totally fantastic card she has made!!! Kellie is such a smarty pants crafter I sooooooo love her all of her gorgeous work!!! and I just wish I could pop comments on there for her to read, but unfortuantely it doesn't wanna be nice and let me..... But Kellie, just about everything you pop on your blog I read, and all your cards are just so gorgeous girl!!!  Just know that I'm there in spirt if not in comments!! hehehehe

So before you go don't forget to leave a comment, because there is some yummy candy hidden amongst the Design Team, so to have a chance at winning you have to leave a comment on everyone's blog!!  Good Luck:-)
