It's Showcase Blog Hop Time at La La Land Crafts

I hope your ready for this.... it's a bumper post today!! You might wanna grab yourself a cuppa and a packet of Tim Tams - yep... it's jammed full of stuff - so you'll need a packed lunch!! 

Irina and Eric have been really busy the past few weeks drawing up a storm of new Marci's and Luka's at La La Land Crafts, and Boy o Boy they are the cutest EVER.... well for now anyway!!! LOL

Today I get to show off Water Can Marci!!  and Travel Marci!!!!! but first let me tell you about Water can Marci, I just love her cute little sun visor with the big flower.... and I just had to have the cute little bumble bees buzzy all around her!!! So here she is I hope you love her as much as me:-)

I've also used the super cute Sunflowers which are also brand new.... I've only used 2 of the 3 and I have fussy cut them out, they took forever to do, but so worth it I think:-)


So like I said, I also get to show off Travel Marci.... I think she is so much like me - well what I used to be a little jetset kinda girl, travelling all over the world... So here she is I hope you love her just as much as me:-)

I've used some really yummy papers from Pink Paislee - London Market... and my kite is a My Favourite Things die, which I have used some White card and some grey spots for:-)

Paper Play Monochrome

Magnolia Down Under Challenge #143

Good Morning Everyone!!!


It's time for a brand new challenge over at Magnolia Down Under!! This week we don't want ANY cards.... that's right - NO CARDS allowed... we are after altered items... Or Anything But a Card!! This week I broke out my Cricut with a new cartridge - Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2 and I've altered up a Mini Milk Carton!!!  


I've used Princess Party Tilda from the Princes and Princesses Collection.  I've also used some yummy Tim Holtz Stamps on my tag and also on the back of the milk carton....  So here are some Pic's for you - I hope you love it as much as me:-)

Crafts and Me go Vintage

Hello Everyone!!!

This week theme at Crafts and Me Challenges is Vintage!! For my card I have used Pearl Princess which was designed by Hannah Lynn.  I've coloured my Digi image with my copics and then I have covered the image with Pearl Glimmer Mist and then a little squirt of Gold Glimmer Mist.  I've also distressed my edged with Walnut Stain Distress Ink, to give it a bit of a Vintage Look.  So here you go I hope you love it as much as me:-)

My Paper is from Websters and I loved the effect the Spider Webbing Ribbon gives to the kinda underwater theme I was going with:-)

I'm Blue Da-Da-De-La-De-La-La Land Crafts

Hi Hi Everyone!!

I hope your Black Friday 13th has treated you well, with no black cats passing your path and that you were able to dodge walking under a Ladder!!! (Dodging black cats is a little hard for me! My Ziggy is ALL black!!! but I still gave him a cuddle today!)

This week at La La Land Crafts we are looking for Unusual Hair Colour.... So I chose, BLUE hahahah (Does anyone remember the Blue Song... I'm Blue and I have a Blue Corvette etc etc etc this was in my head as I was colouring!!! in case you wanted to know!)  and I thought that Genie Marci would be able to "pull off" the Blue Hair look.... 

I also had an awesome Tim Holtz Stamp that I wanted to use on some acetate and again I think it goes perfectly, (I stamped with Stazon Ink and distressed a little around the edges) So here she is, I hope you love her as much as me!!!

Paper Play Things with Wings

Hi Everyone!!

It's time for a new Paper Play Challenge and this week's theme is Things with Wings!!! I've used Wizard Tilda on my card - yeah I know she isn't very wingy is she??? But how's about the cute Dragon's on the paper (they have wings) my Butterfly boarder edge thingy = more wings, and then there is a Bird Charm and a Dragonfly... I think I got it covered LOL!!!

I'm pleased with how this one turned out, looks rather cute actually, despite me making a total mockery of poor Tilda's hairdo.... Oh well.... I hope you still love it as much as me:-)

Tree of Secrets

Hi Everyone

It's my turn today at Crafts and Me, something new to Showcase.... The image I have for you is by Hannah Lynn and it's called Tree of Secrets!!  You can see the lock on the tree trunk!! Cute!!!

It is a pretty involved image but I took my time using my Copic's, and then in the very background I've used some Pebbles Chalk in Shimmery Blue/Green and Grey... but I wasn't all that happy with the amount of shimmer, so I then smothered the whole thing with some yummy pearl Glimmer Mist!!!

So here she is I hope you love her as much as me:-)

My flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, the Cute tag is a Marianne Designs Die and the stamps on the tag are by Prima.  I've also used some yummy Prima Lace and Cheese Cloth.


The Paper is also Prima - Floral Fantasy... goes pretty well I thought!!!
