Crafts and Me Add a Ribbon

Hi Hi

This week over at Crafts and Me we are looking for Ribbons.... How easy is that???  Anyway for my card this week I've used Princess Izzy who is designed by Hannah Lynn.  She is pretty sweet I think:-)

Anyway I've made her a little small when I printed her, but she is still so cute, I've added a die cut that I made with the Cheery Lynn Sofia's Heart, its a gorgeous die, and the butterfly is part of a Bo Bunny pack that I got to go with the paper - which is also Bo Bunny!!

So here is my card, I hope you love it as much as me:-)

So don't forget to add your ribbon creations to the challenge blog!!

Stamp Used: Princess Izzy
Paper: Bo Bunny
Die: Cheery Lynn

I've printed my image onto some copic blending paper and then coloured her with my copic's.  I've also added some Atyou Spica here and there in clear, but you probably can't see it so well in my picture.

Anyway Here she is I hope you love her as much as me:-)

My paper is by Prima and so is my lace, I've tried to keep the card fairly simple (well for me anyway) just by adding a few flowers a bow and a little pebble of the bird.  I think she has turned out great:-)

Paper: Prima
Embellishments: Flowers, Lace, Pin, K&C Pebble, Blue Ribbon, Dark Room Door word, Distress Ink in Vintage Photo, and Stickles

I SMASH*ed for the very first time!!!

Happy Monday

Well it's cold and raining here today, so not so nice, I imagine there isn't all that much happening over at the new house either with bricks etc.... but it's really coming along:-)

Anyway I thought I would share my very first SMASH* page... yep I've taken the plunge and tried it out, it is rather a lot like Scrap booking except a little different...

So I have the black book, and I found this page for a top 10 and immediately thought Oooooo my fav places in the world... so yeah... that's what I did.  Although I probably could have done a TOP 20, because I have soooo many favourite places... LOL

Anyway here it is:

I did the hand writing myself, that was fun.  It's been ages since I did any fancy writing!!! I've added some thickers and washi tape and cute bike die cut and some flat flowers, along with a few other bits and bobs.  My Pic's are of me in the Trivoli Park in Copenhagen, and Hawaii :-)

Have you seen the SMASH* aholics group on Face Book, there is a closed group now, so you don't have to bombard all your friends with the comments from the open group LOL anyway there was a 24 hour Smash-a-thon over the weekend (in fact there was 3 because it was so much fun) so if your interested head on over and check it out:-)

Thanks for looking!!!

Magnolia Down Under Challenge #145

Good Morning Magnolia Fans!!!

Today we have another awesome challenge over at Magnolia Down Under, this week we are looking for - MORE THAN 1 FOLD... yep so something a little bit more fancier than the normal:-)

This week I've made, what I'm calling, a Double card.... I really don't know what it's called but I thought a Double card suits it best... but if you do know what it's called - tell me:-)

I've used sweet Offshore Tilda from the latest and greatest Summer Memories collection (Hasn't Pauline done an amazing job again with the images - love them) I have my little Tilda sitting on a shell also from the collection and I've popped the other shell which is a little bit smaller on there too:-)

So here she is, I hope you love her as much as me:-)

So when you fold out the first part of the card, it shows this - a gorgeous stamp sentiment from Tim Holtz some more flowers and a cute new Ticket Tag by Magnolia:-) My Blue check paper is also from Magnolia:-)

and then when you unfold the next part you can see I haven't really decorated it too much.  I like to do that when I'm actually getting it ready to give to someone, so I can make it a little more personal:-) The sweet yellow/lemon paper is by Bo Bunny and it's one of the new collections out called Country Garden.  It's very nice and I've bought the 6x6 pad of course:-)

Our sponsor this week is the gorgeous Bron from Shop Bron.  Bron has some of the new Summer Memories Collection stamps in store now available for pre-order.... but be quick because the stock is limited:-)

So we can't wait to see what fancy folds you have install for us this time, and if you need some inspiration on what to make, just take a look at what the clever Design Team have made for you this week:-)

Stamps: Magnolia Summer Memories - Offshore Tilda and the Shells along with the Sentiment, Tim Holtz sentiment
Dies: Magnolia Doo Hickey Dies - Heart Flower Lace boarder, Lace Tag, Ticket Tag
Paper: Magnolia Mini blue Check, Bo Bunny Country Garden\
Embellishments: Stickles, Flowers, Seam Binding, Anchor Charm, String, The Twinery Twine, Half Pearls, Pebbles Shimmer Chalks, flower trim
